    The Environmental Learning Center is a study and research center for everything related to the Indian River. Although it has ‘river’ in its name, the Indian River is actually a brackish lagoon that is thriving with wildlife. The lagoon has innumerable species of animals and plants, including birds and fish. It has been recorded that over 35 of the species are endangered. Visitors can walk through the 50 plus acres with the help of a walk way that meanders through the entire estate. You can observe the surroundings extremely closely, so it’s a great learning experience for children as well as adults. The entry fee is minimal. Do check the website for more details.

The Indian River is a brackish lagoon that is teeming with life. The institution brings to the public the magic of the wildlife that thrives here. With high end technology and knowledge of the lagoon, the institution takes visitors out to experience it. Full-service tours are organized and visitors are taken on a journey to explore and learn about the conservation and protection of the lagoon.
