Foundations is a restaurant operated by the students of Platts College. The ambiance here is fun, casual and relaxed for a great time. The American Fusion cuisine prepared by them are quite enjoyed by a lot of people. The desserts and pastries here cannot be missed. Try the salmon and the swordfish for their mains. If you are craving some barbecue, dining at Big Anthony's BBQ would be a great decision. The menu here features a variety of smoked, baked, or grilled menu items. The pork ribs are very juicy and come with a spicy crust, the brisket is tender and moist, and the pulled pork or chicken is some of the best around. All dinners come with two sides, including brown sugar baked beans, cole slaw, and garlic butter mashed potatoes.
