Arts & Museums
The Kansas Museum of History is one of those museums which won't bore you or the children, for here is where you are actually transported back to the past. Right from riding in a real vintage train, to dining in a recreated 1950's style cafe, the interactive displays here will leave you spellbound. Kansas' war-torn and bloody past is well high-lighted in the highly educative installations. Field trips, nature trails and other educational programs are frequently organized so make sure to check up on those.
