Inspired by her father's love of Spanish cuisine, her own appreciation for art, and her father-in-law's appreciation for Texan wine. La Diosa Cellars is the only winery in the city limits of Lubbock and produces about 2000 cases a year. La Diosa also sells other Texan wines and is a great place to sample the flavors of the region. During lunch, delicious paninis such as Tropicano Julian made with walnut-crusted chicken, pineapple, Swiss cheese and spinach, are available.
