Assembled for a Nick Jr. television show of the same name, The Fresh Beat Band creates children's music that promotes musical education and the strength of singnig and dancing. The band is made up of four fictional characters, Twist, Marina, Shout and Kiki, who are respectively played by John Beavers, Tara Perry, Thomas Hobson and Yvette Conzalez-Nacer. The Fresh Beat Band television series premiered in 2004, and the band has since played several sold-out tours across the US.
