The majestic Romanesque edifice that stands today was built after the former church building was gutted in a prominent fire in 1901. First Baptist Church of Jacksonville established in 1838 is the third oldest church in Jacksonville. The Immaculate Conception Catholic Church is a magnificent structure erected in 1907. Located in downtown Jacksonville, it is built with a Gothic style of architecture. Built in 2003, the stadium is home to the Jacksonville Suns of the Southern League. It can hold up to 11,000 people, features 12 luxurious sky boxes and 4 sky decks with private seating. The distance between home plate and center field in the Southern League is the longest in this field.
