The Sacramento Kings are a professional basketball team and a member of the National Basketball Association. The Kings had a long journey before they settled in Sacramento in 1985. The franchise was originally created in 1945 as the Rochester Royals of the National Basketball League. In 1948 the Royals moved over to the Basketball Association of America. The next year the Royals joined the NBA as part of the NBA-BBA merger. The team relocated to Cincinnati in 1957 where they played for 15 seasons before moving to Kansas City in 1972. The Kings currently compete in the Pacific Division of the Western Conference.

Get Scared is a rock band that emerged out of Layton, UT in 2008 with an alternative, post hardcore sound. After self-releasing its debut EP Cheap Tricks and Theatrics in 2009 and building a solid internet presence, the band began to collect a close-knit fan base and eventually caught the attention of Universal Motown Records. The major label released Get Scared's first studio album Best Kind of Mess, in 2011.
Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band Every Time I Die is one of the most popular bands in the subgenres of metalcore and mathcore. Signed to major label Epitaph, the band has gone from modest beginnings to a fairly illustrious career. Known for its cheeky, sarcastic lyrics, the band often combines musical aggression with a certain self-effacing comedy, allowing their music to be significantly more accessible than other metalcore bands of a similar style. The group's following seems only to have grown in proportion to the time it has been around, helping prove that the the band's fan base will no doubt only continue to grow.

Mindi Abair is a pop artist turned smooth jazz saxophonist from St Petersburg, Florida. She began her career in 1991 after graduating from Berklee College of Music when she moved to Los Angeles, California. She started out playing small gigs, frequenting the Santa Monica Pier where she caught the attention of jazz keyboardist Bobbie Lyle, who invited her to record on his 1997 album, Power of Touch. After her initial breakthrough, she carved her way through the music world, garnering recognition and praise from musicians and audiences alike, with appearances on popular television shows, several studio albums and her own solo work, such as her sixth LP entitled, In Hi-Fi Stereo released in 2010.
