The Malco Theatre was built in the former Princess Theater, a vaudeville house dating back to the 1880s. Since 1996, the Malco has been the home of Maxwell Blade's magic shows and other live entertainment as well as the Hot Springs Documentary Film Institute and several Film Festivals.
