If you have a layover at the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport one morning or if you are just in a mood for a hearty breakfast, look no further than The Vineyard. Located at the Hilton Conference Center inside the airport, this restaurant is known for its lavish breakfast buffet. A variety of eggs and pastries, as well as an excellent selection of pancakes and French toast are available.
This festive restaurant is perfect for the whole family. With a recreated rainforest as its backdrop, diners can enjoy American favorites jazzed up with a tropical twist. Carribian, South American and Asian inspired burgers, chicken, seafood and steak are plentyful. There is also a special children's menu which features Gorilla Grilled Cheese Delight and Python Pasta. After dinner, why not treat yourself to their infamous desert Volacano. And if you managed to clear your plate, don't worry about going home empty handed because merchandise can be purchased onsite ranging from t-shirts to toys. Not recommended for a romantic date, but take the family and feel free to dress casually.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week, this restaurant has many delicious offerings for you to enjoy. You could start your day with an asparagus and crab omelet, while for lunch and dinner you can savor delicacies like the blue crab and tuna tempura and shrimp and chicken pad thai. There are a number of spice-enhanced sweets like the sticky toffee pudding and ricotta cheesecake that end the meal on a great note.

The menu features 1855 premium black angus bone-in cowboy ribeye, Australian lobster tail and Artisanal cheese. Save room for the lemon cannoli! The upstairs wine bar offers tastings of 48 high-end wines. They also have private dining rooms and piano bar & lounge open daily from 4:30p-10p.
Using USDA Prime beef, Vineyard Steak House has crafted a menu of delicious steaks for you to savor. Be it the cowboy rib-eye, lady's cut filet, porterhouse or strip, each and every one is absolutely scrumptious. In addition to steaks, the restaurant has a number of seafood delicacies like broiled lobster tail and Scottish salmon for you to relish. Sides like wood-grilled vegetables and bacon cheddar spinach casserole are great accompaniments. No visit to the Vineyard is complete without going up to the Sky Bar, which, in addition to drinks, has live music between Thursday and Saturday. It is open later than then the restaurant below. Happy Hour is from 5p to 7p every day of the week.
