Rosa Parks Circle was designed by Maya Lin, the designer of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C. In the summer, the Circle serves as a 13,000-square-foot amphitheater for festivals and concerts, and in the winter Rosa Parks Circle is converted into an ice skating rink.
