Grand Rapids Children's Museum is very interactive and inspires learning in children. The exhibits are always changing. The museum believes that for children to succeed they have to acquire the habit of constant learning. Rosa Parks Circle was designed by Maya Lin, the designer of the Vietnam Veteran's Memorial in Washington, D.C. In the summer, the Circle serves as a 13,000-square-foot amphitheater for festivals and concerts, and in the winter Rosa Parks Circle is converted into an ice skating rink.
The "Need for Speed" is perfectly met at the US 131 Motorsports Park, the city's fastest race-track. Formerly referred to as the Martin Dragway, the renovated venue, features thrilling and exciting car racing championships. From renting a suite to view brilliant live action to utilizing the race-tracks for hosting several events and functions, the Motorsports park is certainly a must visit for all motor sports enthusiasts.
