Once John settled into the position of lead singer, his voice began to change the sound of the band to country. »Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament

March 31, 2015 7:30 PM

Medieval Times is an exciting dinner attraction inspired by the 11th-century world of knights, jousting and majestic revelry. You're served a four-course banquet during which you can cheer for one of six knights as they compete in the joust and other tests of skill. Medieval Times dinner and show features live jousting, sword fights, horsemanship and a "no utensils" meal, so you can feast like a king. A rousing musical score by composer Daniel May sets the tone for this action-packed show that's filled with more fighting and more romance. The show also features a display from the royal falconer, who performs wonders with his mighty birds of prey, including a live flight of the royal falcon, soaring above the heads of the king's guests. Amid the festivities, a herald from a foreign king arrives, with a special stallion presentation for the king and his guests.

Comprised of Jason Hann and Michael Travis, the respective percussionist and drummer for the jam band String Cheese Incident, EOTO (pronounced: e-oh-tow) improvise 100% of all their stage material and use cutting edge technology as well as instruments to create a melodic style of dance music. The duo was formed in 2007 and by incorporating elements of electronic music into live compositions the two have managed to create a mind warbling style of futuristic dance floor music some refer to as dubtronica.

»Josh Ritter

April 03, 2015 9:00 PM

Josh Ritter quietly snuck into the big times of the music world. His music is carefully practiced and well thought out, even if it lacks the dusty qualities he frequently sings about. The Idahoan/Bostonian is pretty comfortable alone with a guitar or with a band, and throughout 2009 has opened for big names like John Prine and the Swell Season. Oh, and in case you were wondering, he's not John Ritter's son.
