The interiors of the restaurant are a prelude to the elegance that is displayed in their menu. Defining it as an 'upscale eatery' would be an understatement, as the restaurant strives to give you the five star culinary experience at reasonable prices. The co-owners/ resident chefs Seth Simmerman and Deron Little bring to your table classic dishes, like Beef Wellington and Steak Diane, which can be accompanied by wine chosen from an extensive list. You can start your meal with appetizers like Oysters Rockefeller or Echo's Asian Shrimp Cocktail, or perhaps with some house soup and house salad. The entrees include a variety of traditional meals and some experimental delicacies, like Oriental 'Chinatown Express' and Broiled Filet Mignon 'Fairbanks'. The restaurant now also has Happy Hours.
