The Liberty Tavern is the all-day-restaurant is located in Hilton Rosemont/Chicago O’Hare hotel. Even though the restaurant is set in an upscale hotel, the set up makes it a great place to unwind with some alcohol and great appetizers. The pork chops here are highly recommended.
