The course at Celebration Golf Club was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and Robert Trent Jones, Jr. It was completed in 1996. Only one of its holes is free of water hazards. It is not long, but it is certainly narrow enough to present an adequate challenge. There are a variety of green sizes and shapes. Some are big and some are tiny. You will also hit your share of both long and short shots. The bunkering is sparse but efficient. The course is routed through a beautiful piece of wetland featuring an assortment of trees. This is a semi-private golf course. Soft spikes only.

»Hawk's Landing Golf Club

This 18-hole course is nestled around the Orlando World Center Marriott, yet is well maintained and has an abundance of wildlife. Located two miles from Disney, the original Joe Lee layout was redesigned by Robert E. Cupp II in 1999. Water is in play on 15 of its 18 holes and the entire back nine provides challenges for all golfers amid the unique environment of wetlands co-existing with the 2000 room Orlando World Center Marriott resort complex. At 6810 yards from the Championship tees, Hawk's Landing features large tifdwarf greens, distinctive undulating fairways, and four sets of tees to inspire golfers of all skill levels. Open hours are seasonal and based on sunrise and sunset so call ahead.

»Champion Stadium

A premier venue for spring training baseball, this place is one of the larger and flashier ones. Formerly known as Cracker Jack Stadium, Champion Stadium boasts of a seating capacity of 9,500. Despite its size, spectators are never too far from the action, though the seating can get a bit confining. Open-air luxury seats are also available. It is the spring training home of the Atlanta Braves.
