The Comfort Suites® Rapid River Lodge is situated off Highway 371 just north of the Route 210 and Junction 371. This Baxter, MN hotel is ideally located near many attractions including Brainerd International Raceway, the Paul Bunyan Trail, Northland Arboretum, Golden Eagle Golf Club and Ski Gull ski area.

The city of Baxter is a progressive, growing community located in heart of the central lakes area of Brainerd, Minnesota. Numerous parks, miles of trails and various sports facilities can be found throughout town. A variety of fast food and family restaurants can be found near the hotel.

Guests of all ages will be delighted with the hotel's Rapid River Water Park. This huge indoor water park features a 240-foot tube slide, a 240-foot body slide, a "lazy river" and a 1,300 square foot children's activity pool which features a spectacular array of slides, water features and rope bridges that children are enchanted with. The spacious hot tub extends outside for all season enjoyment. The water park is open Friday through Monday September through May. June through August the water park is open daily. We will also open the water park on most holidays and school breaks. Call for specifics. The hours of the water park are 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday (when open) and 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
